Pets are generally pleasant to have around. In some cases they cause inconvenient problems like bad odor.
“One of the major components in animal excrement is urine and the largest component of urine is urea. Urea can be broken down either chemically or enzymatically, by microorganisms that produce urease enzymes.
Urease degraded ammonia, source of odor.”*
In situations where pet accidents happen, it is good to know that there are “good” bacteria - probiotics which eliminate the source of the odor.
Cat litter boxes and drops on carpets etc. are examples of places where our bacterial cultures could assist in odor control. Our bacteria can be formulated to a ready to use liquid product for spraying on the problem area.
